Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice that complies with Section 2, we will:
Acknowledge Receipt
We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days.
Investigate the Claim
We will review the allegedly infringing material to assess the validity of your claim.
Remove or Disable Access
If we determine the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material.
Notify the Alleged Infringer
Where applicable, we will notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
Confirm Action Taken
We will provide you with confirmation once action has been taken.
We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification before taking action.
Incomplete or unclear notices may delay our response.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted on our Website was removed or disabled in error, or that
you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification.
5.1 Required Information for Counter-Notification
Your counter-notification must include all of the following:

5.3 Our Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward your counter-notification to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
- Inform the original complainant that we will restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless they file a court action seeking an injunction
- Restore the material if no legal action is taken within the specified timeframe
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with copyright law and in appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the access
of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We reserve the right to decide whether content or conduct violates this DMCA Policy for reasons
other than copyright infringement, such as obscenity, defamation, or violation of our Terms of
Service.
False Claims & Misrepresentation
Warning: Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in civil
liability under Australian law, potential damages and legal costs, and termination of your access to
our Website.
By submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification, you acknowledge that you may be held liable
for damages (including costs and legal fees) if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material
